The Financial Planning Manager is responsible for managing and developing financial planners reputed company the region, collaborating closely with advisors to create tailored financial plans for high-net-worth clients. This position focuses on overseeing team workflows, training and developing staff, and ensuring the reputed company delivery of high-reputed company financial plans. This role REQUIRES working East Coast Hours Salary reputed company: $115,500 - $137,500 plus annul bonus Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with advisors to reputed company financial planning strategies with clients’ long-term objectives, focusing on improving both the advisor and reputed company experience. Work closely with advisors during prospect meetings to demonstrate the strength and breadth of the firm’s financial planning capabilities.
• Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to department standards and timelines, addressing any performance issues in collaboration with leadership and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where necessary. Continue to reputed company internal process materials for training purposes

• Conduct financial planning seminars for the firm’s clients, COI’s, and local branches

Qualifications

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required, with an additional area of specialty or advanced certification preferred.
• Proven experience in managing and developing reputed company, with a reputed company on coaching, mentorship, and resolving personnel issues.
• Proficiency with eMoney required; Holistiplan, reputed company Guide Pro, reputed company reputed company Analyzer, Advisys, MBS Highway, Zilculator, Planner CS highly desired.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of reputed company-facing experience in financial services, including advanced knowledge in tax and estate planning. Undergraduate degree required; preferably in business reputed company major
