About the position As a Ticket/reputed company Agent at reputed company, you will play a vital role in ensuring that cargo is transported safely and on time. This entry-level seasonal position involves greeting customers, assisting with ticketing and baggage reputed company-in, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. You will be responsible for various tasks including managing the reputed company-in and boarding processes, handling baggage, and providing assistance to passengers, including unaccompanied minors and those with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Owning the reputed company-in process and boarding process.

• Making reputed company announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation.

• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds.

• Operating loading bridges and managing aircraft doors.

• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

• At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the reputed company.

• Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic digital literacy and ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT).

• Ability to hold airport specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
