Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, reputed company
- Shift Hours : 3:30pm - 12am
- *Please kindly note that reputed company potential candidates must be flexible. May be asked to work a different shift from time to time.
- Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, reputed company, reputed company, and professionalism.
- Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and reputed company for customers on the phone.
- Maintains an above-average attendance record.

Qualifications/Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- At least one year of call center experience is required.
