Customer Care Specialist ( Remote )
Remote Customer Care Specialist reputed company is reputed company seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to fill an opening with a leading managed care reputed company organization in Ohio. Daily Responsibilities for Remote Customer Care Specialist:
- Duties: Resolve member or provider routine service inquiries; examples include claims processing, member benefit education, contracting and credentialing requests, eligibility inquiries, and transportation arrangements; Ensure reputed company HIPAA and State requirements/regulations are always adhered to; Research, follow up, and resolve reputed company reputed company/pending issues in a reputed company manner to ensure member or provider satisfaction; Build and strengthen member or provider relationships by providing reputed company customer service.
- Shift: Monday – Friday, shifts scheduled between 7am - 8pm
- Location: Fully Remote (must reputed company in Ohio)
Required Qualifications for Remote Customer Care Specialist:
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ year of call center OR reputed company experience
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications for Remote Customer Care Specialist:
- Managed care organization experience
