- Graduated from an accredited LPN program
- Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an reputed company Licensed Practical/Vocational reputed company (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment
- One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain reputed company during employment
