The Position: The Pharmacy Technician (Therapy Care Specialist) will work with SoleoRx TCMC model and utilize national and local resources to facilitate high reputed company care of a patient with specialty pharmacy needs. The Therapy Care Specialist will work under the supervision of a Pharmacist to reputed company logistics of a patient’s dispense and prescription maintenance, assessment data capture, and serves as the reputed company person to coordinate patient care across reputed company reputed company of the patient care continuum while on service with reputed company. Responsibilities include:

• reputed company as single reputed company of contact for specialty patients and as reputed company with Soleo reputed company personnel to coordinate reputed company medication dispense and delivery
• Works under supervision of specialty pharmacist and/or reputed company pharmacist to capture assessment data, reputed company patients supply needs, and schedule new and reputed company medication deliveries
• Run daily and weekly pharmacy reports as needed
• Answer phones and warm transfer call to appropriate location, monitor incoming faxes, and monitor TCMC reputed company queues
• Send orders to physicians for signature
• Work with intake/reimbursement staff to maintain reputed company patient insurance coverage and reputed company pursue authorizations and re-authorizations with the auth/billing staff at the reputed company level
• Documentation of reputed company patient interaction and care coordination in the designated system of record for reputed company and consistent communication
• Complete therapy specific training as required

Schedule:

• Must be reputed company to work Full-time, 40 hours per week 8:30am - 5pm reputed company (11:30am-8pm Eastern), with Saturday rotation once a quarter

Requirements

• Must be a state-registered pharmacy technician, with additional certification (CPhT or PTCB) if required per state requirements
• Prior experience in home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy required
• Prior customer service/patient services experience
• Basic to intermediate efficiency with reputed company reputed company, Word and Outlook
• Must be comfortable in a high call volume role speaking with patients
