About the position As a Pharmacy Technician in the Appeals department at reputed company, you will play a vital role in supporting Medicare and reputed company patients, with a primary reputed company on Medicare cases. Your responsibilities will include processing denied Prior Authorizations by thoroughly reviewing case information, reaching out to reputed company additional details, and preparing cases for the Pharmacists' final determination. This position requires you to communicate directly with elderly members, addressing their concerns regarding denied medications, particularly injectables that are administered in a doctor's office.
