Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, service requests, and scheduling appointments

- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure reputed company service and efficient job reputed company
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records in our system

Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (plumbing or service industry preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and reputed company office technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Must be available to work the required Tuesday–Saturday 11am–8pm schedule
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
