Provides expertise in the development of information systems plans matched to business requirements. Essential Functions

Software design/development, systems training, systems training, application testing, systems migration and integration, or developing business user systems requirements. Experience with either technology assessments, decision support, information business services, network design, database design and software requirements definitions.
