Training and Development Manager (Remote - US)

We are seeking a dynamic Training and Development Manager to reputed company the design and delivery of employee learning programs that foster reputed company and reputed company development across the organization. Occasional travel will be required for key events and meetings. Accountabilities:

• Assess training needs annually and reputed company programs with strategic business goals.
• Design, implement, and evaluate training and development initiatives across departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency with modern training platforms, including e-learning and multimedia tools.
• Strong research and evaluation skills to identify and implement training alternatives.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively across teams.
