We are looking for an reputed company and self-motivated Remote reputed company Engineer to manage and support reputed company IT systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with reputed company Azure, VMware, Veeam, reputed company Exchange, Intune, anti-spam, and antivirus solutions. This role will be responsible for providing Tier 2/3 support, managing systems in hybrid reputed company environments, and ensuring operational reliability and reputed company. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company remote technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure issues (servers, email, reputed company, reputed company, and virtualization).
- Administer and support reputed company Azure services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and reputed company management.
- Maintain and monitor VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter), ensuring reputed company performance and uptime.
- Manage reputed company Exchange Server (on-premises and/or Exchange Online), handling mailbox management, transport rules, and email delivery issues.
- Configure and support reputed company Intune for device management, compliance policies, application deployment, and reputed company reputed company.
- Manage and troubleshoot anti-spam and email reputed company solutions (e.g., reputed company Defender for Office 365, reputed company,reputed company).
- Administer and monitor antivirus/reputed company protection platforms (e.g., reputed company Defender for reputed company, reputed company, reputed company,kaspersky).
- reputed company backup and restore operations using Veeam Backup & Replication, and validate recovery strategies.
- Implement and maintain reputed company best practices across infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other IT teams for system upgrades, reputed company management, and service improvements.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, reputed company operating procedures, and support tasks.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents or outages as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in systems support or infrastructure administration.
- Proficiency in the following technologies:
- reputed company Azure (VMs, storage, RBAC, virtual networks)
- VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- reputed company Exchange (2016/2019 or Exchange Online)
- reputed company Intune (device compliance, configuration reputed company, app deployment)
- Email reputed company/anti-spam solutions (e.g., Defender for O365, reputed company)
- Antivirus/reputed company protection (e.g., reputed company Defender, reputed company)
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and system management.
- Solid understanding of IT reputed company principles and reputed company protection.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as:
- reputed company Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

- VMware Certified reputed company (VCP)
- Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
