As LPN, you will deliver personalized nursing care under the supervision of an RN, using recognized techniques and standards. • Full-time: 3 x 12-hour shifts (7-7:30)
• Part-time: 2 x 12-hour shifts (7-7:30)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications in line with reputed company Nursing reputed company standards, per physician orders.
• reputed company patients about medications, document responses, and report any abnormalities to an RN or physician.
• Maintain accurate records of patient activities, including admissions, discharges, transfers, and emergency reputed company.

• Conduct withdrawal assessments and record vital signs based on treatment plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid NY State Nursing License and Registration.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with addiction treatment experience preferred.
