[Remote] Application Support and Integration Analyst

The role involves troubleshooting data synchronization, API, and backend production issues, as reputed company as supporting QA and UAT test data setup and incident documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot data synchronization issues across SaRA-Connect, RDL, and LIMS platforms, including reputed company, LabWare, and reputed company
• Investigate API, authentication, and timeout issues
• Support Elasticsearch catalog queries and reputed company troubleshooting
• Create and manage QA and UAT test data
• reputed company Level 2 production support for data and backend incidents
• Troubleshoot cron jobs, database synchronization, and data reputed company issues
• Review .NET service logs and reputed company exceptions across SaRA-Connect and reputed company services
• Use reputed company or similar tools for log analysis and incident investigation
• Document incidents, findings, reputed company causes, and reputed company steps in Jira, reputed company, and reputed company

Skills

• 3 to 5 or more years of experience supporting production data or integration platforms in an reputed company or regulated environment
• Strong SQL experience across SQL Server, Redshift, and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with LIMS platforms such as LabWare, reputed company, or reputed company
• Experience with data lake environments, including Redshift
• Experience troubleshooting cron jobs, database synchronization, and backend data issues
• Working knowledge of Elasticsearch
• Ability to read .NET service logs and reputed company exceptions
• Familiarity with EKS, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes
• Experience using reputed company or a comparable log investigation tool

• Strong written communication and incident documentation skills
