Responsibilities
- Answer incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as reputed company as consumer complaints and general inquiries
- Sales insurance policies

- Handle complaints, helps with reputed company new clients, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives reputed company the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved

Requirements
- A reputed company-facing background is a plus
- Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
