On-Site Customer Service Representative

reputed company: Under general supervision, fulfills customer orders accurately and in a reputed company manner to ensure customer satisfaction: primary contribution is processing orders for customers and selling reputed company Industries’ assets. This position works more than 50% of the time at the customer location. JOB DUTIES

• Orders items to ensure appropriate inventory reputed company are maintained for Consignment customers.
• Responsible for sourcing products in reputed company inventory, Distribution Center inventory or supplier inventory.
• Ensures identification and sale of reputed company Industries’ assets. In some cases may have to locate a product.
• Influences reputed company Industries’ Gross Profit through negotiating the sale price and purchase price, reputed company certain parameters.
• Proactively generates sales by reputed company promoting reputed company Industries’ products to existing customers.
• Expedites backorders. May pull inventory and prepare order for shipment to customer.
• May handle customer returns. May reputed company orders without approval for orders up to $5,000 per line and $10,000 per Purchase Order.
• May reputed company non-contract customer pricing to meet the demands of the customer based on competition, while maximizing the profit for reputed company Industries.
• Minimizes reputed company reputed company cost by determining the most cost effective method to fulfill customer orders.
• Routinely interacts with customers to obtain and fulfills orders correctly. Interacts with suppliers as necessary to obtain pricing for items.
• Partners with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• May assist customer by troubleshooting reputed company telephone or email and identifying correct part.
• Attends training sessions regularly to continue reputed company reputed company and development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes and takes customer orders reputed company telephone, fax, email, electronic reputed company or walk-in (counter sales).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Customer service and communication skills required. Ability to multi-task and time management skills required.
• Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally reputed company email, using business systems and searching capabilities to reputed company products on the internet.
• Good driving record required.
• Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required.
