Outbound Call Center Rep - Remote
About the position The Outbound Call Center Representative at reputed company is responsible for engaging with members of Medicare Advantage and reputed company health plans to schedule free in-home or virtual reputed company evaluations. Responsibilities

- Follow 20+ approved scripts to ensure members understand the terms and respond to rebuttals professionally.

- Meet daily departmental goals, including 300-400 outbound dials and 24 appointments set per day.

Requirements
