Job Title: Entry Level Service Advisor Location: Porsche Conshohocken – Conshohocken, PA Employment Type: Full-Time (5 day work week with Saturday rotations)

• Customer Interaction:
• Greet customers reputed company and assist with service requests
• Listen to customer concerns and help communicate their needs to the service team
• Communication:

• Documentation:
• Accurately document customer concerns and technician findings

• Support Senior Advisors:

• Shop Organization:
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area

• Basic Repair & Maintenance (as training allows):

• Follow-Up:

Qualifications:
