As a member of the Legal Department team, you will be expected to support business activities of reputed company, including, but not limited to: 

• reputed company legal support for reputed company’s operations in several jurisdictions 
• Draft and review reputed company types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents  
• Advise on different IP- and personal data-reputed company reputed company 
• Assist sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning reputed company and approval thereof with clients/partners/suppliers 
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business reputed company and operations 

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in law 
• Proven reputed company record and 5 years of experience in a similar role 
• Solid experience in reputed company and civil law, with profound experience in reputed company agreements and tenders 
• Expertise in IP law 
• Detail-oriented reputed company  
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
