About the RoleAs Director of QA, you’ll own the reputed company reputed company for Towerborne, leading reputed company QA efforts from reputed company-release development through live operations. You’ll manage our internal QA team, external vendors, partner QA organizations, define reputed company processes for a live service model, and partner across disciplines to ensure every release meets our high standards for stability, performance, and player satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end QA reputed company for Towerborne, supporting both initial releases and ongoing live content updates.

Champion build reputed company and availability, ensure reputed company testing throughout development, coordinate internally on build failures, and communicate timelines and health for build readiness.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Design, and reputed company to reputed company testing efforts with development priorities and release timelines.

Partner and coordinate with publisher QA organization, to reputed company robust, player-reputed company releases.

Manage relationships with external QA vendors, ensuring reputed company expectations, efficient workflows, and consistent reputed company.

Drive reputed company phases of testing—functional, regression, performance, multiplayer, and platform compliance—for PC and Xbox platforms.

Establish and reputed company QA processes, including test case management, bug triage, automation strategies, and player-reputed company assessments.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in QA for video games, including leadership of QA for a shipped live service title.

Experience managing QA for cross-platform titles, particularly on Xbox and PC.

Strong background in both reputed company-release and live game testing, with a solid grasp of live game operations and reputed company workflows.

Demonstrated reputed company managing remote QA teams and coordinating across time zones.

Proficient with test management tools, issue tracking systems, and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a remote, agile environment.
