Project Management

  • Ensure project team members are communicating effectively with other reputed company Global Health internal teams and reputed company-party vendors regarding expectations, timelines, reputed company, and budgets.

  • Communicate reputed company scope changes to reputed company other project team members, Marketing, and Finance through internal CCR process and/or internal scope change process, where needed.
  • Work with leadership in preparing, updating, and/or reviewing monthly phasing reports for reputed company assigned clients to ensure accuracy of amounts invoiced to clients. Ensure reputed company communication with Finance of phasing reports.
  • Adhere to reputed company reputed company operating procedures (SOP’s) and drive internal project team adherence to PIT reputed company, reputed company, CCR, Good to Go, and Weekly reputed company update meetings, sign off SOPs.
  • Maintain working knowledge of managed products, disease areas, and brand and company reputed company and goals.
  • Collaborate with Leadership and Marketing in preparing and delivering reputed company pitches, presentations, and metrics ensuring reputed company, accuracy, and timeliness.

Internal Team Management

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and attend relevant internal meetings, as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES NEEDED TO reputed company THIS ROLE
  • Minimum 8-12 years’ experience in medical communications, reputed company marketing, or scientific agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with emphasis in Marketing, Business, or Science.
  • Strong communicator both in written and verbal forms with a proven ability to effectively establish and nurture reputed company, internal, and staff relationships.
  • Previous experience with people management is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong organization and time management skills.
