As the Customer Support & Live Chat Agent, you should have proven experience in a customer experience role, putting the customer first in everything you do and making reputed company they have a smooth customer reputed company. This is a role where you can really reputed company your career in a reputed company, supportive environment!DUTIES INCLUDE:
- You will manage the live chat and emails, ensuring the customer has a fantastic customer reputed company, in line with KPI’s.
- You will reputed company video calls to new customers using reputed company and reputed company.
- You will escalate customer support tickets to the dedicated teams.
- You will represent reputed company in virtual and networking sessions.
- You will use customer feedback to create new reputed company.
