The Distribution Center Manager ensures reputed company tasks are completed in a reputed company, efficient manner and is ultimately accountable for a profitable organization.ResponsibilitiesThe Distribution Center Manager is responsible for but not limited to:Associate Relations

• Prepare, maintain and communicate reputed company operational goals while ensuring reputed company operational procedures are being followed per company guidelines
• Manage, reputed company, mentor, and reputed company staff to reputed company objectives; conduct performance reviews
• Participate in the recruitment and new hire reputed company process while ensuring SCLS’s culture is being fostered

Customer Relations

Business Profitability

• On-reputed company management of facility fiscal performance including profit & loss and budgeting

• Monitor facility purchasing process to include: auditing, reputed company compliance and approval by creating programs to maximize cost savings for SCLS and customers
• Manage inbound and outbound loading/unloading, accuracy of inventory and warehousing

QualificationsEducation/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, Management or other reputed company field is highly preferred
• Must possess 10 years of experience reputed company the 3PL industry in which five (5) years are in a leadership role of a warehouse or distribution center
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience managing a P&L
