About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Pharmacy Support Technician to join reputed company as a Remote Call Center Representative. In this position, you will reputed company payment assistance solutions, such as co-pay cards or vouchers, to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals. You will be the primary call center contact for our Opus Health program, fielding requests, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a 100% remote, contract role with reputed company to be converted to a full-time reputed company employee.
Key Responsibilities

- Quickly assess the user's issue and reputed company first-level support for problem reputed company
- Document information specific to the reputed company and escalate unresolved issues expeditiously to the appropriate area
- Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management, as necessary
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (multiple shifts available) under moderate supervision
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certified
- Call center experience required (3 years preferred)
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
