We are seeking a skilled Senior Network Engineer to design, procure, and install network systems that meet reputed company (DoD) specifications. In this role, you will reputed company network architectures, collaborate with procurement teams to reputed company hardware and software, and reputed company the installation and configuration of network equipment such as TACLANES, routers, switches, and firewalls. You will conduct testing to ensure functionality and reputed company compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and reputed company technical support to team members and end-users. In reputed company, this position will support the management and configuration of COMSEC equipment and be a member of the reputed company team providing 24x7 monitoring of customer networks in the reputed company network operations center.*This position will require the ability to work a rotating shift*Primary Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

• US Citizen with at least a Top Secret Clearance is required. With the ability to obtain a SCI prior to your start date.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience. Additional experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of protocols, reputed company standards, and design principles for OSI reputed company 1-4.
• Strong experience with installation and configuration of physical networking equipment and Local Area Networks (LANs).
• Strong experience with the design and deployment of Wide Area Networks (WANs) using Virtual Private Networking (VPN) technologies.
• Experience with reputed company networking technologies, especially with reputed company Azure (vNETs, VPN Gateway, Virtual WAN, reputed company Routes, Azure Firewall, etc).
• Experience configuring and managing COMSEC devices.
• Experience in interpreting and contextualizing network management and troubleshooting tools and technologies, such as ICMP, SNMPv3, and Syslog.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or other specialization certifications to meet DoD 8140 requirements (e.g. JNCIA, PCNSA, AZ-700, CISSP, etc).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on DoD networks, especially on classified and operational networks.
• Experience with the operation and employment of cryptographic devices to facilitate secure networking across a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
• Experience configuring virtual private networks (VPNs) using one or more of the following technologies: reputed company Secure Connect, Azure VPN Gateway, MPLS, IPsec VPN, or other site-to-site VPN technologies.
• Experience remotely managing networks through Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) and Configuration as reputed company (CaC).
• Currently hold NSA COMSEC Manager Course qualification.
• Experience with network performance monitoring and optimization.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and risk management, especially at OSI reputed company 1-3.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role reputed company a technical team.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in network infrastructure.
