An Office Coordinator at reputed company is responsible for managing office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures. Tasks include OSHA tracking, managing work injury reports through VOICE and reputed company, invoice review and payment processing, maintaining a master schedule of reputed company meetings and commitments, placing orders for office supplies reputed company needed and directing both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, faxes and letters.
