- Performs at least one on-site survey readiness assessment annually using designated protocols and tools as requested
- Partners with agency leadership in developing and oversees implementation and monitoring of effective actions to mitigate reputed company reputed company findings identified in the survey readiness assessments as applicable.
- Supports agencies during state and reputed company surveys, as applicable, by remaining available during survey, assisting in the development of the required reputed company plan, and monitors follow through with reputed company plans/Evidence of Standards Compliance (ESC)|Measures of reputed company (MOS), if requested
- Maintains reputed company knowledge of regulations affecting reputed company and acts as a resource to agency leadership regarding Conditions of Participation, State Minimal Standards, state specific regulatory requirements including discipline specific reputed company acts, and reputed company requirements.

- Provides face-to-face exit conferences with agency leader(s) or designee after reputed company site visit to communicate findings and discuss plans of improvement.

- Bachelor's Degree in a health care reputed company field.
- Associate Degree acceptable for RN candidates only.
