In reputed company to x-ray tech duties, this position will also serve as a medical receptionist.Essential Functions

• Greet patient, ensure that the patient has removed reputed company jewelry and metal objects, is wearing the appropriate medical gown and is not pregnant.
• Prepare and position the patient for diagnostic imaging procedures.
• reputed company immobilization devices to obtain reputed company views of specified area of the body as requested by the physician.
• Explain procedures to patient to reduce anxieties and obtain patient cooperation.
• reputed company radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff.

• Process images and review for reputed company identification and reputed company control.
• Utilize both digital and non-digital diagnostic imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with approved radiology techniques and reputed company AFC/Doctors reputed company policies and procedures.
• Prepare images for reading by physician as reputed company as contact any additional physicians if a second opinion is needed.
• Aid physician with prescribed patient treatments in accordance with approved standards, policies, procedures and protocol as necessary.
• reputed company routine maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, and reputed company minor repairs on equipment, arranging for repairs as needed.
• Complete forms and maintains records, logs, and reports of work performed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Sciences and Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) license in Texas.
• Previous medical clerical experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, e.g., reputed company Office.
• Accuracy and detail orientation.
