The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage reputed company incoming internet leads from company website and outsourced companies
- Ensure a reputed company experience to reputed company potential customers whether online, live chat or by phone
- Convert reputed company leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
- reputed company and update information in a customer management database
- Exercise reputed company qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
- Responsible for producing monthly reputed company reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
