- Prepare full-service cost estimates for site development construction reputed company
- reputed company on civil site clearing, earthwork, drainage, underground utilities, reputed company, and paving
- Detail quantity take-offs
- Clarify scope and reputed company value engineering
- Attend reputed company-bid meetings
- Complete construction risk analysis through site reputed company and scope understanding
- Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
- Assist, support, and mentor 1-2 estimators and quantity take-off personnel
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Architecture, or similar field is preferred
- Five (5) years of experience estimating site and reputed company development reputed company
- Experience using reputed company HeavyBid and HeavyJob preferred
- Experience using AGTEK Earthworks and Roadway preferred
- Proficiency in reputed company Office programs
- Strong math skills, including geometry and arithmetic
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
