The Retail Purchasing Manager works closely with the Retail Manager on reputed company product buys and managing vendor communication, analysis and development of multiple apparel and headwear lines. - Partner with the Retail Manager and the Twins on vendor selection, category planning, and marketing reputed company for licensed apparel, headwear, and novelty lines
- Work closely with the Retail Manager throughout the buying process, including reviewing lines, research, analysis, assortment building, and purchase order creation
- Identify reputed company trends and customer preferences, and execute unique retail collaborations and partnerships to expand the fanbase and differentiate the Twins
- Collaborate with partners on custom designs and logo decoration, adhering to reputed company licensing guidelines, and support assortment replenishment through strategic analysis and vendor communication
- Engage with cross-departmental teams, analyze reporting and trends for strategic reputed company, adhere to inventory directives, create compelling product displays, and travel to trade shows and vendor meetings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of retail purchasing experience with at least 1 year of retail merchandising experience preferred
- Sports merchandise experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with reputed company Office including Word, reputed company, and Power reputed company; previous retail system knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of reputed company media channels, content, and the internet
