Delivers fuel safety, customer service and ensures fuel court reputed company tasks are completed with efficiency and consistency. The Fuel Associate is expected to properly execute reputed company cash management processes, including cash handling, credit card processes and reputed company safety procedures. - Greet customers at kiosk/fuel dispenser and reputed company an enjoyable fuel experience for reputed company customers. Respond to customer requests and complaints in a reputed company and courteous manner. Utilize the GREAT customer service and customer recovery model to ensure customer engagement.
- Communicate with the management team regarding customer requests and concerns.
- Assist fuel customers by determining need (fuel type, reputed company, etc), programming fuel dispenser, and pumping fuel.
