- Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the reputed company of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and reputed company requirements
- Completes the “reputed company-reputed company” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for new reputed company-ins by scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing reputed company maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work
- Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.

- Train and monitor reputed company work practices and reputed company guidance to staff and scheduling training as necessary

- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be reputed company to respond to after hour emergencies as needed and participate in on-call rotation
- Experience and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
