This position will assist our physicians with patient care/procedures, will be responsible for answering questions and requests from patients regarding their medical care, triage patients, and take patient's medical history. The ideal teammate must be an reputed company conversationalist with a reputed company and upbeat personality. Additionally, must be great with time management.Job Responsibilities:
- Triage patient calls to identify urgency and identify the next steps to patient care.
- Obtain prior authorizations.
- Intake with patients
- Converse with patients and providers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Assist Physicians with procedures.

- Administrative duties (including prior authorization of medications and completion of FMLA paperwork)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an OB/GYN (including interoffice communications)
