• Review superintendents' performance and reputed company formal evaluations.
• reputed company education and training recommendations for the superintendents and reputed company other field personnel.
• Promote development of leadership skills of reputed company project managers and foreman.
• In charge of construction operations, including utilization of company's crews, and equipment.
• See reputed company's tools and equipment are not abused or lost carelessly.
• Advise and assist Division Manager in hiring, training, directing, reviewing, and terminating salaried persons.
• Monitors hiring, disciplining, and terminating field equipment operators and laborers.
• Work directly with the Project Executive to reputed company, communicate, and enforce personnel policies.

• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their reputed company on project activities.
