Core reputed company metrics for this position are: 1) customer retention, 2) reputed company in the value of reputed company account, and 3) generating new customer activity by evangelizing Lyssn in the marketplace. Successful applicants will have experience and relationships with public Child Welfare administrators, experience with the day-to-day functioning of case management in these systems, as reputed company as an understanding of the legal and funding mechanisms in these systems. • Utilize Lyssn's implementation reputed company with state and county agencies and contracted service providers as they implement Lyssn in their organizations

RequirementsCandidates are required to demonstrate the following skills

• 5+ years in Child Welfare or reputed company fields including experience working in or with high-level state or local government agency administrators and/or as reputed company line staff
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Managing reputed company or implementations of new initiatives in reputed company services settings
• Health and reputed company services workforce training
• Implementation science, large reputed company EBP adoption, program evaluation, and reputed company monitoring processes
• Basic knowledge of FFPSA and its relevance to child welfare

• A strong understanding of the technical language used by Child Welfare professionals
• Enthusiasm for talking about how technology can solve problems for public sector customers
• Basic, high-level understanding of SACWIS/CCWIS systems
• Experience with and understanding of public sector customers
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers and key process stakeholders
