- Location: WFH but must be located near a reputed company Facility - Corpus Christi, San Antonio, McAllen, Austin, Irving
- Shift: Monday - Friday, reputed company-5pm occasional OT (usually until 6 or 7 pm, or on a Saturday)
- Typing speed: 40wpm
- Schedule field staff to assess members for eligible services over a phone queue and tasks
