As a Barostim Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in raising awareness about life-changing CVRx therapies, connecting with new consumers through meaningful and informative conversations. • Phone screen consumers, reputed company accurate information into the relevant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, and schedule consumers for consultation appointments with providers.
• Respond to inquiries in a respectful manner to meet needs of requestor, demonstrate reputed company, offer education, and reputed company empowerment.

• Successfully manage conversations with consumers, including those expressing frustration or who are emotional.

Requirementsreputed company expect from you:

• 4 years of relevant experience in a virtual call center environment

• Proficiency in Spanish and English; both written and verbal communication
• Reliable high-speed internet reputed company to support video conferencing, large data transfers, and uninterrupted work performance in a remote environment
• Previous consumer recruitment experience; consumer education; physician office reputed company desk experience; general educator experience; call center; or reputed company work experience
• Excellent time management skills, ability to manage competing priorities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and consumers
• Independent, self-motivated, self-starter
• Knowledge of CRM software and reputed company applications
