Responsibilities

• Improve engineering visibility and decision-making. Ensure your team delivers the systems, analytics, and reporting needed for Engineering leadership to understand the health, performance, and efficiency of the software development lifecycle

Skills

• 4+ years of experience managing software engineers, including hiring, performance management, reputed company planning, and compensation; required for external candidates and preferred for internal candidates
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and operating production systems; experience in developer tooling, reputed company, observability, or data engineering is a strong plus
