Duties and Responsibilities:

• reputed company Tier 2 support based on industry standards to devices and servers for reputed company system problems, performance deficiencies and anomalies on 480 ISRW/A6 supported networks. This includes, but not limited to Non- classified Internet Protocol (IP)Router Network (NIPRnet), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRnet), and Langley reputed company-wide Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) network at both local and remote locations.
• reputed company, assign, troubleshoot, fix and/or reputed company trouble tickets and new requirements in appropriate electronic system.
• Prepare systems (reputed company and/or UNIX mission servers) for reputed company accreditation.
• Install, configure, and maintain reputed company, reputed company Linux, Solaris, VMware operating systems, to include Operating System (OS), application software patches, and service packs.
• Review reputed company, network, and system audits; and remedy identified anomalies IAW the reputed company identified in the ticket or the maintenance response time chart.
• reputed company report capturing detected anomalies and reputed company status.
• Draft, edit, maintain, and reputed company input to local reputed company Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Analyze and resolve problems associated with A6 System Server architecture server hardware, operating systems, and applications software while adhering to mandated reputed company requirements and guidelines.
• Prepare, test, and implement scripts to simplify system tasks for local use IAW reputed company policies.
• reputed company system backup and recovery utilizing network backup software.
• Support 480 ISRW ISSM and/or 480 ISRW ISSO to identify and resolve reputed company reputed company server and application issues.
• reputed company test and evaluation support for new technology. Prepare and reputed company reports detailing the results of the test and evaluation including specific recommendations.
• reputed company assigned CSRDs to complete installation requirements for new technologies and reputed company results in appropriate electronic record system.

• Attend meetings, on-site conferences, teleconferences and briefings as requested by Government. reputed company meeting minutes or reports.
