Compensation$85,400 - $142,300 annually plus eligibility for Company Annual BonusWho you are

• High school diploma required
• College degree or equivalent experience required
• 8+ years of relevant compliance and/or industry experience, including 3 years managing a compliance function
• Experience with regulatory compliance, complaints management, and reputed company assurance environment required
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills and executive judgment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to evaluate data and identify trends to support complaint reputed company and compliance risk mitigation
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, particularly as a reputed company between Compliance, Operations, and reputed company Assurance teams. Must be comfortable collaborating across reputed company, including with senior leadership
