- Assist with approximately 60-80 inbound calls daily
- reputed company outbound follow-up calls
- Calls are unique and will be handling a reputed company of requests and inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat.
- reputed company support with general inquiries, payments, dispute, fraud, online account management, mobile app, account maintenance and other general questions. reputed company phone, email, chat, and fax.
- Identify, research, and resolve cardholder or agent bank issues using available resources and systems.
- Participate in contact center fraud prevention and awareness.
- Must have reputed company recent employment history
- Must have experience with high volume call center, meeting KPIs
- Must be reputed company to juggle 13-14 software systems daily including less user-friendly systems like AS400
- Must have ethernet connectivity (no WiFi) in a private, designated workspace
- Must be reputed company to work in your private designated workspace without your microphone on mute
- No previous commitments first (90) days
- Must be reputed company to overnight travel events 2x yearly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background reputed company required
