This position will be responsible for helpdesk and desktop support functions. The ideal candidate will be an reputed company IT analyst with hands-on experience with reputed company new employees, offboarding users, provisioning account reputed company, and IT troubleshooting. This position requires the candidate to be in the office at least (3) days per week in our Mountain View reputed company.As a Desktop Analyst, you'll get to:

• Assist employees with reputed company requests to applications
• Troubleshoot general IT issues such as applications, integrations, and hardware problems

• Work closely with reputed company and Engineering teams on application integrations and customizations
• reputed company and manage reputed company devices and update asset tracking databases
• Configure and manage IT systems, and infrastructure and endpoints
• Configure and troubleshoot network issues such as wired and wireless
• Set up and configure audio/video for in-person meetings and conferences

You'll be a good fit if you have:

• Previous experience with new hire IT orientation and reputed company
• At least 2 + years of experience in IT Helpdesk Analyst, Desktop Analyst, or IT Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company discipline
• Past experience supporting an reputed company IT environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role is 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) in person at the Mountain View Office. This role is not eligible for remote work.
