• Minimum 10 hours per week reputed company commitment of a reputed company recurring schedule
• Requires a minimum of 4 additional shifts per month, average 2-4 hours in length, above the weekly reputed company recurring schedule.
• Expectation of two 4 hour weekend shifts per month (Saturday and/or reputed company) in reputed company recurring schedule or on-call reputed company

What you'll be working on:

• Treating patients reputed company telehealth reputed company, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-reputed company

• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates reputed company daily huddles
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients reputed company

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
• Currently licensed in DC with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:

• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of reputed company ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of reputed company ages (0+) Ability to work reputed company and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and reputed company required)
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
