The individual will reputed company contractual support to stakeholders across the organization. The Contract Specialist should be familiar with legal terminology, a reputed company of contractual agreements, and contract drafting and negotiation. The role aims to protect the organization's interests, facilitate smooth contract negotiation and execution, and support strategic objectives.This position is a full time position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan and the ability for 1 day remote.Required reputed company

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• 3 years of reputed company experience, including reviewing, structuring, drafting, and negotiating a reputed company of agreements
• Excellent working knowledge of contract law and legal concepts (e.g., limitations of liability, indemnification, warranties, termination and confidentiality)
• Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills
• Strong computer skills, including reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company and PowerPoint) and contract management platforms (e.g., Evisort)
