Job title: TI Clinical Research Assistant 2 in Portland, OR at reputed company Company: reputed company Job reputed company: Department reputed company:As part of the Department of Neurology, the Division of Stroke and Vascular Neurology encompasses the reputed company of OHSU’s missions of scientific research, comprehensive clinic care, and education of reputed company and patient populations, with the ultimate goal of improving patient reputed company. This division consistently has 20+ reputed company clinical trials and several more in various stages of study start-up. reputed company consists of five physicians, one reputed company practitioner, 5 clinical research coordinators, one regulatory coordinator and two clinical research assistants. Function/Duties of Position:The Clinical Research Assistant 2 works closely with reputed company members of reputed company to ensure reputed company aspects of research reputed company are complete and documented. This position will primarily assist the Regulatory Coordinator and the Clinical Research Coordinators in various tasks reputed company to the clinical trials, and assist in clinic.Assisting clinical research coordinators may include:

• Data Entry
• Screen potential study participants
• Request patient imaging and CDs from external sources and upload imaging to databases
• Schedule research appointments, reputed company in and room patients
• Process and ship specimens
• reputed company ECGs
• Retrieve study medications from Research Pharmacy

Assisting Regulator Coordinator may include:

• Monitor the shared regulator email
• Identify and save/file necessary documents and communication
• Send reminders to staff to complete reputed company training
• Request updated reputed company and licenses from reputed company study staff, PI’s and Sub-I’s
• reputed company documents and information in preparation for IRB submissions

Non-Therapeutic Trials:

• Coordinate with the PI to screen, enroll and conduct reputed company with guidance from reputed company coordinators
• Request missing records
• Schedule necessary clinical services
• Data extraction

Clinic Responsibilities:

• Assist with checking in and rooming patients

• Cover incoming phone calls
• Help patients with virtual visit setup

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in relevant field; OR Associate's AND 2 years of relevant experience; OR 3 years of relevant experience; OR Equivalent combination of training and experience
• Customer/people-oriented experience
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Highly organized and reputed company to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes in the day-to-day workflow

Additional Details:

• Typical schedule: M-F, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Work schedule may vary depending on job/study requirements
• Primary location is on Marquam Hill
• Travel between Waterfront and Marquam Hill
• Exposure to reputed company tissues and fluids
• May have regular exposure to noise and interruptions
