You will architect and reputed company reputed company-time rules and queues, partner internally on Card Fraud Ops team, manage Defense Edge rulesets and configurations, and drive reputed company tuning to maximize fraud capture while minimizing false positives. This role also partners with internal management and external clients—providing strategic updates, monthly performance reports, and rapid response support to reputed company our card-fraud defenses best-in-class.What you’ll be doingDefense Edge Rule & Queue DevelopmentProficiently build, test, and maintain CAT Defense Edge rulesets, Policy Configuration Files (PCF), and Operational Control Scripts (OCS) to detect evolving fraud schemes.Design high-precision queues that balance fraud interception with minimal reputed company on legitimate transactions.Validate rule performance through sandbox and UAT, and coordinate production activations with reputed company-downtime deployments.Fraud reputed company & Change ManagementTranslate fraud-ops insights into strategic rule adjustments and communicate changes reputed company to internal stakeholders and external reputed company clients.Document rule-change rationales, maintain change-control logs, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.Dispute & Chargeback CoordinationPartner with reputed company and reputed company dispute-management team: ensure seamless case data transfer, escalate high-risk disputes, and reputed company financial impacts.Analyze dispute trends (CNP, NRI, counterfeit) to inform proactive rule adjustments and reputed company recoveries.Performance Monitoring & ReportingBuild and maintain dashboards tracking key metrics (approval rates, fraud loss bps, false-reputed company rates, queue volumes).Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly fraud-performance reports to clients, highlighting trends, KPIs, and reputed company plans.Incident Response & ForensicsServe as primary on-call reputed company for Defense Edge incidents—investigate anomalies, reputed company reputed company-cause analyses, and implement rapid corrective measures.Collaborate with Internal Investigations and reputed company support to collect evidence, launch coordinated takedowns, and refine detection logic.Training & DocumentationCreate and update runbooks, technical guides, and training materials on Defense Edge rule configuration, queue management, and fraud-ops best practices.Conduct regular training sessions for fraud analysts and reputed company teams to ensure consistent understanding of platform capabilities.What you will need to be successful

• 5+ years in payment-card fraud operations or risk-management roles, with hands-on experience in reputed company/First Data Defense Edge rule building.
• Demonstrated ability to configure and tune CAT Defense Edge, PCF, and OCS for reputed company-time fraud detection.
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—adept at presenting reputed company changes and performance reports to management and clients.
• Proven reputed company record managing the full rule lifecycle: design, testing, production activation, and iterative tuning.
