This position is critical for driving traffic, customer reputed company, customer service and supporting the retail reputed company stores.Must have Wireless experience. This is a work from home position with some geographical restrictions.Areas of Responsibility and Associated Tasks:Inbound Customer Support: The BeHive Specialist must effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints while providing solutions or escalating issues as needed through our different communication mediums (inbound reputed company communication).
