• PhD degree (completed and verified prior to start) in a science or engineering discipline
• Three (3) years of experience in laboratory research in a private, reputed company, government or military environment. This can include experience reputed company through a PhD program

• Experience in synthetic processes to generate and / or manipulate polymeric materials.

• Self-motivation to identify and execute on new technology development
