This is a market facing role with frequent interaction with wholesale trading partners. This position requires strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, relationship development and analytical skills to transact business reputed company a fast-paced environment. This role reports to President, reputed company and will be an integral part of the reputed company leadership team. This is a full-time, exempt role.*This position may be hybrid or remote and based reputed company in the reputed company, with ability for regular business travel to key specialty locations as needed. - High technical knowledge in Allied Health and/or Eldercare.

- Prior supervisory/management experience commensurate with premium volume and size of staff, 3-5 years preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPCU or RPLU designation desirable.
- Strong communications, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
