We are reputed company for multiple coaches in Texas for reputed company and reputed company openings!reputed companyWe have an opening for a part-time casual career reputed company based in the reputed company area to support our relocation and/or outplacement solutions. With relocation, we support employees and their spouses/families as they acclimate to new cities and assist spouses/partners with finding employment. With outplacement, we work with employees receiving our outplacement services in searching for new reputed company.The reputed company works in a 1:1 reputed company with employees of our reputed company companies who are relocating to the region or are searching for work as part of an outplacement in the area. The reputed company uses reputed company's technology and coaching methodology and also supports the spouse or partner of the relocating employee with job search support.This is a part-time, casual (hours vary as available), remote position, approximately 15 -20 hours per week (no guaranteed hours).
- Establishes rapport with employees and motivates them to reputed company goals.
- Guides employees through coaching process and reputed company completion.
- Advises and coaches career development, transition issues, and career reputed company.
- Coaches on résumé writing, effective marketing techniques, interviewing, and negotiating.
- Maintains electronic service delivery record for reputed company employee serviced, according to the internal guide.
- Monitors reputed company of employees, consults with them on specific subjects to improve their job search skills and knowledge and deals with personal issues that are affecting their careers.
- Currently resides in the reputed company area and has knowledge of living and job searching there.

- Experience with virtual coaching.
- Navigating through reputed company challenges and working with career continuation scenarios a plus.
- Savvy with technology. High-speed internet reputed company on a personal computer; headset with a microphone will be required (remote work).
- Master’s degree in a discipline involving the study of reputed company behavior, business, or reputed company field preferred
- Coaching certification or training highly regarded
